Thank you for shopping with Homara. Every order is shipped with full tracking and insurance, so you always know where your package is.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Times & Rates

*Estimated delivery time starts from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Delivery estimates do not include the 1–3 day processing period. During peak seasons or promotions, delivery may take slightly longer.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update after shipment. You can also contact us anytime at 【support@gethomara.com】 for a status update.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices include applicable taxes and duties. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

🏠 Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at 【support@gethomara.com】 and we will correct it free of charge. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address after the order has shipped.

🛡️ Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 【7】 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 【48 hours】 of delivery (for damaged items — please include photos). We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
